Grilling during the winter time

I have had some occasions where my husband and I would decide to cook on the grill outside even in the winter. Have you ever done something like that yourself from time to time or do you just want to do that kind of thing during the spring and summer months?

I haven't done any grilling since last fall. Because we are in a basement apartment, setting up a barbecue is out of the question. I used to have a really great electric grill that could hold 4 steaks, but I left it in Arizona when I moved to Canada. I really need to get another one.

hi bamakelly, my dear freind, we live in a flat, apartment. we dont have a bunglow so , i mean we dont have any open space outside to do any grilling or BBQ, items outside. if we have to grill, we do it inside our kitchen. i have a grill, electric one so i do my grilling work there. we dont even have winters here . we have a moderate climate here. its mainly hot or warm climate here. so we can go and wear any thing annytime. no problem.

I have done it once or twice, but I normally do not grill outside in the winter time. Heck I rarely grill outside in the summer time. I used to grill out more than I do now. I am not sure why I got out of doing it. I love food cooked on a grill over charcoal.

Yes it's fun to cook out in the snow, but we try to put something on that doesn't mean standing over it, like chicken or thick steaks. Even a turkey one time, that didn't turn out well.
