having another one when you're already married???

it's definitely cheating... but what if you got an arranged marriage, how will you deal of having someone other than your husband/wife? or what if you got married to early only to find out that your love for him or her is not as strong as you think? and you found yourself committing an adultery as a big offense of having another man/woman in your life.. what would you do then? can you call that love or truly to say cheating or a big term adultery? what 'yah think? or maybe flirting? hmmm.. ^^
