I clean every day also. I do my major cleaning on Saturdays. The rest of the week I always do the dishes, clean the kitchen and do laundry. I also vacuum and sweep the floor every day.
Some Sundays I will do nothing after church. My husband works on Sundays, so lots of times I will do the housework about 1 hour before he gets home so he can come home to a clean house. The rest of the day is to rest.

Cleaning? What's cleaning?
Believe me, I rest plenty!

Rest? What is rest? Saturdays we spend running to get errands done. Every other Saturday we go visit my mother in law, she has had two strokes. We speak to her often but we try to visit in between the rest of the family. The Saturdays in between we snag the shop dog and take her to get a bath. Sundays are spent cleaning. Everything from sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, etc. Sometimes I get started Saturday evenings. During the week we are exhausted after working all day. I try to get a little done here and there, basically just straightening things up and doing dishes. Tuesdays we are running late because I have to see the chiropractor. Oh, and I've started exercising again. Well, not last night. I could hardly walk as I pulled something with the latest yoga post I tried.
Work is where I get to rest, lol.

I always try to get a day of rest. Doesn't always happen but when I do I just stay in my pjs all day and do whatever I want to do.
