I watched a smidgen of Suzanne Somers on Oprah's show yesterday.
Suzanne takes over a hundred supplements every day and injects herself with progestin and has other hormone lotions she applies to her skin that gradually penetrate into her system.
Did anyone else watch it?
Do you think she's gone a bit crazy and ( as the doctors say ) overboard with the anti-aging and hormone therapy?

The whole thing seems weird to me. I thought that if someone took too many vitamins and suppliments that it would make them sick. Kind of like that "too much of a good thing" addage. I'm surprised she's not experiencing some sort of side effects from all of that.

I think it's counter productive to take that many supplements.
I thought that part of it was really weird but when she said that women better get a grip and control themselves or else their husband will leave them and find a younger, better version of them ..... I was about to blow a gasket !!!

I think she looks great for 60 years old however I don't really see the purpose of fighting aging. Everybody ages...some faster than others. I think it's great for ppl to stay in shape but I think alot of them that fight the aging process are suffering from an eternally young illusion. They think they can stay young forever when the truth is you can't.
