Do you exercise daily

I am gaining weight, i am planning to join a gym, is it ok if i go in the afternoon before my food, as i am only free in the noon, and incase i am not able to continue will i be gaining further weight

But to tell you, I'm not exercising. I'm tired of going back and forth to the gym. :D I just prefer of staying home and relax.

my target this year is reduce my weight, because i feel i am too fat. so i have to take exercise everyday and swim in swimming pool twice a week

yeah, i exercise every day. I do a lot of walking and running... and then other stuff when i need too. i've been lifting my weights and doing lots of crunches this week. also been jogging because i've been eating a lot more lately and drinking so i am needing to work out more... but i exercise every day. i take my dog on a 40 minute walk every morning and then three to four other walks through out the day.

I have no time also for the exercise program in the gym because of my work, so I just work out a simple exercise which is body stretching and brisk walking, I think these are both working in eliminating fats and toxin in the body. I usually do body stretching in the morning and in the afternoon. It is okay to exercise in the afternoon before meals, in fact there are gym who are open for afternoon exercise session, if it is your only schedule to do that then go ahead, but make sure you discipline yourself in food intakes, even nutritionist said that we can gain fats if we eat 2 hours before we sleep, so make it a point you are not doing this eating habit.

I work at with mentally/physically challenged people so I do get exercise everyday. i don't get as much as i should but i definatly get a workout. the best time to work out, in my opinion, is when you feel it's most comfortable. i use to work out in the mornings because that is when my body felt the best. but everyone is different. as long as you eat healthy and you work hard at your exercises you'll do great! good luck!

I hardly ever exercise, I've been around the same weight since I became an adult. I think a lot of people gain weight because of what they eat and how much. I stay away from sweets most of the time and I don't eat a lot of snacks and most of the time I drink diet drinks or water.

Even I am gaining weight and planning to do exercises, but I am not able to decide that what kind of exercise equipment I should buy so that I might exercise at home as there is no time to go togym and exercise.

..hmm.. actually no.. I just do some stretching and that's all.. try the 6:00 diet.. This means, you have to eat your supper before 6:00.. it will be nice to go to gym provided that you maintain going there.. because if you stop suddenly, you will also gain more weight..

hey thats what i am scared about too, what if i dont continue, anyways i must atleast do some exercise at home, i am lazy to do it at home, that why i thought of the gm

It is better to go to the gym before you eat.. exercising on a full stomach will be uncomfortable and you won't be able to do as much as you would if you did it before you ate. You should still lose weight no matter when you do it, although you have to make sure that you eat healthily at the same time, otherwise you would be wasting your time. Another thing is, do you really need to join a gym to do exercise? Buy a workout DVD and use that. It costs probably less than one day at the gym, and you can use it forever, whenever you like! Just go out for a walk every now and then, whenever you can grab a spare hour. Listen to music while you walk, and it won't even feel as though you are working out even though you are. A gym is a very expensive way of losing weight. But I guess it does work if you can't do it any other way.

I think your best option is to buy at home equiment and work out at home for what you pay for gym membership and gas to drive there and making time to go your better to just get something for home use so you can workout anytime your free. I have a gazelle edge which was bought at wal-mart for about 100 bucks. buy a few dumbells or resistent bands and you will have everything you need to work out at home. and as far as food goes you need to have a healthy breakfast not eating enough only put your body in starve mode and then your body actually holds on to fat you need food to get your metabolism going a good site to check out for more articles about weight lose is ediets.com hope this helps you :)

heavy exercise is not recommended in empty stomach as well as in full stomach.if you prefer to go to gym at afternoon please take some light foods like snacks and juice before going there

I do not exercise daily now but I used to years before,when I take part in the work force,I feel that there is not enough time for me to do exercise everyday.but we should do anything to keep us healthy,I don't want to gain weight anymore because I think the current figure is perfect for me haha;) happy Mylotting

I did work out every day last year, and I am a person who will work out at least 4 times a week, a little less lately due to my sons school schedule but I am starting to bring it back in 3 times a week and once on the weekend...and I feel better when I do. I love the dance workout videos, I like the cardio workouts, and now I plan to bring in weights, and start using my flex ball. I hope to be much more firm by summer... I am happy with my weight, I just need to tighten up what I have....since I had a baby last year.
