Did you just stay calm when makes a call on the phone?

I usually do, though at the same time it depends on whom I am calling. For example when I call my mom I'm usually pretty calm. But when it comes to my sister, it's a different story. We've never really been close and we became even more distant after she and our mom had a falling out many years ago. My sister wants nothing to do with our mom's side of the family, including me. I don't have a problem with my sister snubbing me, I've dealt with it basically all my life. But I do feel bad for our mom. I've recently looked up my sister online and found some phone numbers she apparently has had. But when I started to dial the numbers I noticed my heart started to pound hard. And when the phone started ringing, the pounding got worse. When the other end finally picked up it was a recorded message saying that the phone number was no longer in service. My heart slowed down and I breathed a sigh of relief. As much as I want to help my mom reconcile with my sister, it's too much for my heart to take. Much more than I ever expected. Too bad I can't just email her. It would make it so much easier.

Those are mannerisms found in many people. I also noticed that. But I tried observing myself, but seems like I don't have such mannerisms or maybe somebody else should observe me to find what my mannerism are when online.

Hey max! Nope! I can stay still when I'm on the phone! I can just sit where I am and not move around or play with anything! I can't stand when people have to move around or play with something just because they are on the phone! I don't understand it! I am perfectly content to pay attention to the person that I am talking to!
