Last January 9, I had attended the holy mass at Quiapo Church. I really made it to attend as it's the feast day of the Black Nazarene. During the day the longest and the largest famous procession of the Black Nazarene happened. It's a yearly tradition of the devotees to join barefooted. Though I don't have a relative or a friend living there a friend and I were able to eat a delicious festive dinner only that unlike in other fiestas we have to spend as we're at the restaurant. Last January 18, I again attended a holy mass at the feast of Sto Nino of Tondo. There I have cousins, so I had eaten the food they prepared for the fiesta. The biggest parade for the Sto Ninos happened here. Now left and right are the invitations from my friends at differrent places. These are happy occasions being celebrated by the people in thanksgiving for the graces they received thru their patron saints. There are dancing in the streets, concerts, programs, preocessions and successive holy masses celebrated at the church. Food preparations for every home to entertain visitors are being observed of course. In your country or places are you celebrating fiestas as well?

Hello dear bing. It is a wonderful experience that you had last year. To experience something new is exciting and unforgettable. You must have had a great time at the church, I guess. Enjoy yourself.
