Help with login faliure

My friend cannot login myLot as usual, the system say "login failed. It appears that your account has been set to inactive." However, he used to be active, and his lateset login time was January 19th. Can someone help to solve this problem? Tnank you!

I see all the friends on your page are active, maybe this is a friend you contact outside of myLot?
It's impossible to contact myLot through the contact button if You are inactive, it needs to recognise the user name or email address and these will have been erased.
All I can think of is the email contact given by mylot in paypal receipts if you can find it.
