Very good remindings. I saw similar advices, but never in such full sense. Maybe I should type it down and stick somewhere in my study to remind me frequently so that I would be a happier person. Thanks for sharing.
I need to "get out and exercise" more than the other items. Mylotting is taking too much of my time.
