Do you feel impatient when it takes time whilst the computer boots?

You start the computer everyday and have to wait until the Operating System gets loaded. This few minutes of watching the computer screen booting up makes me impatient. Do you feel the same way too? I usually start the computer and do some work like fetch a cup of coffee or arrange things around me even if I get a minute or even less. Tell us what you do in that time? Do you stare at the monitor or do you have any interesting things that you do?

hi there,
I also do other things while my computer is booting up. As you say, it can take a few minutes to boot up so i feel like i'm wasting my time for it to load up. Its best to do something useful during the time its booting up.

oh yeah, it pisses me off when it takes ages for my computer to boot.
when it happens, i always thought that there are problems with the computer, maybe it is infected with a virus or a maintainance should be taken.
usually it takes around 2 to 3 minutes before it boot totally.

I used to get annoyed but I was doign it backwards...I would do my other morning stuff THEN boot up the computer...now I turn it on and THEN do my other morning things like let the dogs out, unload the dishwasher, make my coffee etc etc so it doesnt bother me anymore...
