TO make others happy,YOU must be happy first!!! have a smiling face.. control your anger... this is the first step to make others happy. do not take anything very seriously.try to speak with some humour.. you can see the difference

Yes, I believe that smile can change the mood. If you are tensed or sad or worried, when you see a little baby smiling at you, you will forget all your problems and be happy and smile at the baby. Smile has a great power to change the mood of a person.

I was born into a miserable existence and now am one of those happy people you are talking about. Happiness, believe it or not, is a science. There are very specific things you can do to be happier: 1) Smile - even when you are by yourself and don't feel like it. When you smile, it creates a chemical reaction in your brain that stimulates good-mood chemicals. Fake it till you make it! 2) Compliment other people - find something you like about whoever you are in the room with and let them know about it. they will smile, you will smile, everybody feels good and the relationship is strengthened. 3) Friends and Family - people with strong family and friend connections are just happier. Do what you can to get closer. I started a family dinner night at my house to get closer to my mother-in-law and it worked wonders. We had a distant relationship before and now love each other to pieces. She never used to smile and now she does all the time. I hope these tips help. There's a lot more you can do, but the kids are waking up and I have to get moving. Good Luck!
