Help! Google is blocking my access to websites!

I use Google as my search engine. I have the Google search engine in my upper right hand corner of my web browser. I can also search in the address bar. But today, Google is blocking access to ALL websites. In the search results, every single website has written underneath it "This site may harm your computer". If I go ahead and click on the link anyway, Google blocks me from going to the website. I can type in a website address and get there that way. I tried searching Google and Google blocked itself from going to it's own website. I am hoping this is a big hack job at Google and will be resolved soon. Does anyone know? I tried switching my search engine to Live Search, but when I search in my address bar it still goes to Google. Has anyone else had this problem today (Saturday 1/31/09)?
