how do you feel when you get scammed

i feel very bad it makes me very angry i just get in a fit of anger and i start abusing the admin in my mind i have joined many ptc sites and out of which many of the sites have scammed me i just wish this b=never happens with any of us so that we cannot feel cheated.how do you feel.

i once cried :-s but i was younger then now i check proofs of payments before sign up at some sites
