Greetings Mylot Universe!! This is my traditional weekend thread just to update friends and for others to just have a discussion to simply relax and unwind in. Now for that classic intro... LIVE!!! From the Hyperastra Spacelab and Fortress, coming at you from the dark corner of the internet, yet somehow able to scrape your snowy driveways, cook dinner and leave a mint under your bedroom pillow, it is...! PRO'S FREE FOR ALL WEEKEND!!! Okay, I'll start this one with the obvious questions. Where have I been the past few months. Well other than the obvious answer work and career, I've been enjoying a little of my life more. Yes there's gaming, but I was also working on a few other hobbies here and there. I didn't mean for the absence to run long, but it did. At least I came back, and hopefully I'll be able to participate at least halfway as much I used to and detail some of my activities while I was missing. I also regret not being there the past few months to lend a friendly ear, encouragement and/or advice to those in need of it. At least for this discussion remember its a free-for-all so if that is what you want to leave a message on feel free. Of course, that's not to say don't leave the fun, humor, and good times at the door!

Thanks. I'm at home a little ill but that'll surely pass... Thank goodness for excedrin and tea.

Glad you were able to take some time but although I haven't been here either, I'm certain you were missed. I hope your absence included a parallel universe where there was no gender double standards, everyone treated eachother with respect and fun and compassion was the order of the day. And adventure. and you got paid copious amounts simply for all of your great ideas.

About pay, I did do fairly long response in a discussion but noticed the amount was rather lacking. Ah well, I'm really not here for that. There's much more in mylot that satisfies me. See you again Arte.

Well, hidey ho there Progamer and welcome back! Others of us were also on varying degrees of hiatus, so you're not the only one whose fallen out of the loop. 'Course, I was thinking that you might just have headed off to that new colony project on the Red Planet. I was beginning to wonder, since we're supposed to have a front-end loader race, and thought you might have been working on a reputation as the 'master front-end loader pro'. Geesh, I'm so relieved!!! Anyway, here's my resounding, hearty "Welcome Back"!

Thanks for the welcome Luna. No colonies for me yet, but hey the free-for-all universe is infinite, so it might come up. I was planning on responding to more discussions but I ended up showing a lot on your discussion. Ah well, I'll have to try alternating gaming, foreign tv streaming and the lot. Now to try and fit in the lounge in all of this...

I missed you Pro...I assumed you had taken your bat and ball and gone home. But don't worry...I wasn't very upset. I don't have to see the quack for another2 weeks and he is reducing my medication in a month. I'll survive...it's been a hard road with you not being here but you've seen the light and now you are back and so we won't say anything more about the fact that you left without so much as a goodbye and you've been gone for absolutely bloody ages and I thought you were never coming back and I was so sad I became horribly depressed and I almost ate a whole chocolate cake in one sitting. Okay, I did eat it all in one sitting and so that's why the chair is stuck to my butt. Lucky it's got wheels.

And that would be a fair assumption as my attendance dropped dramatically. Okay, okay I'll do my best to show up much more. I think part of it was my lack of being able to generate discussions. I even hired some chimps at the space fortress to help, but no... Chimps + Typewriters + Coffee + 1.8 Million I.Q. = lack of ideas. Really...! XD

hey gamer long time no hear, let's see i'm going to open my own in home daycare this has been going on for awhile i just need to get licensed then i can open. this weekend my dad stayed over to see what was wrong with my car, nothing major just needs a tune up, today (Monday) i was supposed to get it registered(my first car) but my boyfriend had to go to work. we found a stray dog and i'm trying to find his owner he's very sweet and clearly very well trained so someone invested money into him, the poor thing is heartbroken though and follows me all over the house. well that's it on my end. welcome back we missed you.

Your own daycare? Wow! Hope the licensing comes through. Looks like a lot of life is happening on your end. Quite kind of you to take in a stray dog. It'd be nice if you did find the owner, but not that much of a loss if he stayed (I think). Thanks for the warm feelings at the end. I'll resolve to make a better mylot effort.

yeah i'm excited about the daycare thing, i've always loved working with children that's why i have 2 of my own hehe, well about the dog no one has called to claim him, i've posted all over the internet and called the local shelter and still nothing. if no one claims him i'm going to foster him to find him a good home, I would love to keep him myself but i already have a dog and a cat, the cat is inside and won't come out of the room to eat or use his litter box so i have to put the stray in the garage for the cat to come out. but i am working very hard to find his owner. I haven't been all that active here lately but have popped in now and then.
