What kind of dogfood do you feed your dog? I feed mine Purina little bites. He is a small dog and likes little bites. I used to use Pedigree but Purina is alittle bit cheaper. What does your dog like to eat?

Our dog gets Purina One lamb and rice. Or chicken and rice. Those are it. We have found 2 things. 1. She won't eat anything else effectively. and 2. Other foods have made our dog ill.

I use the same kind you do! I didn't really notice the price difference, but I did some research about a decade ago when I had a different dog. It had been several years since I had owned a dog, and I wanted to see what kind was the best. There were some types I wouldn't even consider because of how I'd seen other dogs refuse to eat them! lol

Yeah, I think it is decent quality and he seems to like it. I dont really trust cheap brands of dogfood. Purina is a reputable company I think they have been around for a very long time and are well established.

I actually got lucky. I will use some things such as the bacon greese to pour over dry dog food and yes I give table scraps, have all my life and no dog has ever come to harm from this. I use common sense and care about what I give the dog. But the main source of food is dry dog food. Why I say I got lucky, is because I tried to feed the dog the healthy foods that are recommended. Well the thing is my dog would have serious diahrea and vomiting LOL so it got to the point the only thing my dog could eat with out making an extra mess is the own brand from a particular store, well I was lucky until I moved out of area lol and then that store was no longer near by . What made me lucky was that the least expensive dog food was the one that the dog could eat with out getting problems.

potpot - My yellow lab
I prefer PURINA high-protein for my yellow lab. He used to eat that for many years, it's kinda expensive but I am planning to change the food because it makes him more heavy. He is 4 years old now, and some advices that If a dog is getting old we should watch what and how many they are eating, right? I never tried Pedigree but some times I try other brand but my dog's poo is changing so I PURINA and If I can't afford it I'll just give him some rice.

My dog is Yorkshire Terrier. She eats anything. She like rice, vegetable, ice cream (most llike), candy, cookies, milk, fish and meat that have been fried, curry chicken. I've ever gave her pedigree. She just smell it but not touch it. It's little bit strange cause usually another dog like pedigree.
