What is your regular way of physical excercise?

Physical excercise is important to keep fit. In my neighborhood, people take different ways, taiji or other chinese gongfu, sword, jogging, dancing, ball games. We also have various equipment in the open to practise waist, arms and legs, etc. My favorite is walking, for about half an hour in the evening. What is your way of physical exercises?

I'm a busy student. I go to my classes in different buildings in the school's vicinity. There's a lot of walking that I do in school, brisk and fast walking. I think it's my everyday form of exercise. Sometimes I dance if I don't have things to do. I really love dancing and I think it relieves stress and tension so much.

Hi zhuhuifen I go for a walking everyday for thirty minutes. I enjoy walking daily. It keeps me refreshed,because of the fresh air in the open area. It keeps me slim as I am burning some calories. I am healthy because of walking. Happy mylotting.

walking medicine - regularly having walking medicine to increase our blood circulation.
As my age now is 48 years old, so I regularly enjoy my walking medicine for one hour in each day depends on the weather condition to implement it either early in the morning or before dusk time. As result speaks itself, it really does helps me much to improve my blood circulation. I choose unpolluted area for my walking medicine path/route, such as in the green park or it might be along the beach promenade.

Stretching every morning. Now once a week I am going to water aerobics specially for pregnant women.

Hi zhu. In my case, what i do for physical exercise is dancing in the morning every MWF for 50 minutes. This greatly helps me put off stress and allows my body to prepare for piles of work waiting on my table. I guess, physical exercise does bring positive effect on our soul and spirit as well.:)

The best physical exercise would be jogging. It improves your stamina and at the same time, it is good for your heart. Try those exercise that has connection with the heart or should I say cardiovascular exercises. Walking is also good but I belive you are always walking everyday. In your home, work, school and etc. Take also time to stretch your muscles so that you wont have muscle pains and the best thing to do is to join a sport like badminton and taekwondo so that you are doing physical exercises and at the same time, your mindn is at work.
