What is the best way to be fit and health?

I would say first early to sleep early to rise that make us fit and fine secondly, we have do some home excersize thirdly we have to eat nutritious food and in diet we have to take one glass of milk before sleep.

Exercise a lot and sleep a lot and eat foods with plenty of vitamins and minerals

Hi yogeshkapoor!I agree with you.I think make a health diary and do some excersize is important.And usually,someone ignores them without notice.In my opinion,fruits is also useful. Happy mylotting!:)

Ya but mostly people are not following the first one and fairly some more people following the second and most follows the third. Taking too much of nutrious food also may harm outr health and you have to rely upon exsercise later.People generally thinks that exercise is a medicine,no exsercise is not a medicine but it can prevent the diseases not coming into your body...
