How far would you go to stay young and healthy?

Normally I do not care about stuff like this but this just blew me away. I saw on the computer a story about Suzann Somers being on Oprah recently and talking about her quest to stay young and healthy. They actually showed a clip of all the pills (60 in all) that she takes everyday and how she rubs hormonal creams on her self....not to mention the the cream she injects vaginally. Now, granted she does look pretty good for being 61 but talk about extreme, she admitted that she is a fanatic. I would love to stay healthy but I don't know about all that. How far would you go?

she also believes this stuff combats all the problems of menopause, I might try hormone supplements for menopausal symptoms, and maybe not it depends on how hard they affect me, right now it is not too bad.

Mo pills are required if you lead a disciplined life with healthy habits/ Avoid boozing and junk food. Don't smoke. follow a fixed and regular regimen. sleep well. you'll be healthier and stay younger for ever.

I take age with grace. I live a healthy life, exercise and try to eat right. I use only natural products on my face and accept whatever life offers me in the way of results. I like to look my best but I am not into being overly vain about my looks.
