Okay, today is February 1st, and I am "free" to eat meat, cheese, and enjoy my favorite desserts again. During the month of January (started on the 5th), we were fasting from meats, sugary products and cheese.
My wife asked me was I going to continue eating the way we have been or was I going to incorporate meat back into my diet. I told her "NO" just I'll add fish to the mix, can maybe some seafood that I like. I am so happy today though. AND the best part is, I haven't had a craving for coffee at all. Even though we still have it in the house.
Have you made a decision lately to live a more healthier lifestyle?

wow that is very good, no I haven't made any decisions to eat healthier though I do but I also eat from what people give me because I have very little money to buy my own food though.

I thought it was going to be impossible for my kids. They did get the opportunity to eat some salmon, but I didn't. I'm so glad that I decided to stick with my program. I have as a result more energy every morning, I'm not extremely exhausted from the previous day of sleep anymore and more importantly, I'm drinking WATER. That to me was well worth the fast, I haven't had a cup of coffee in 25 days. Our Pastor shared with us that it takes 21 days to create a habit. Well my is created.
Thanks for your comments and welcome to mylot.
