I prefer total darkness

I prefer total darkness while i sleep, many have a small bedlamp or somelight but i sleep well when its totally dark, if i watch a scary movie then i have the lights on

i don't sleep in darkness,just i want one bedlight.
total darkness in scary to me. so i put bed light or small light .

I also prefer having no lights on when im going to sleep.Maybe its just what youre used to.Few years ago i can sleep with the lights on,but now we always turn the lights off.It really annoys me if someone enters my room and turn the lights on when im alreay half asleep.
