There is a difference carding younger people for Cig.& Alcohol because nowadays it's hard to tell the difference between some 16 year old and 21 year old. There is a store by my House that cards everybody don't matter if you're 18 or 80 years old. I think that's a little going overboard. Why would you card a person that you know is at least 40 and up especially when they go there all the time. Do you have any Idea why they doing that?

Alot of little stores tell their employees to card everyone reguardless if they look old enough or not I remember one time I got wrote up at work for not carding someone that looked like they were like at least 50 and I think it is going over board just a bit I mean for god sakes its like treating us so dumb what we are not smart enough to tell if someone is old enough I mean if they come in there and your atleast 30 I mean you can tell well I can anyway!
