Best superbowl performance

What is your favorite superbowl performance in recent years? Tonight it was bruce springsteen, whom I respect - he personifies America (along with willie nelson :) I think in the last couple of years my favorite was Prince. I have never been a big fan, but he gave an excellent performance, full of charisma. He also did a great version of "All along the watchtower". Maybe the worst half time performance I can remember is ZZ top maybe 5 years ago. They just didn't seem to really grove. How about you?
