How to convert mp3 files to text files ?

Hi friends,i got a project which i need to convert mp3 files to text files.I should hear then type them manually,but it's too difficult to do like that.Is there any software to convert mp3 files to text files ? I heard about wav to text converter and tried it but it's not working properly.Please help me buddies.Thanks in advance.
