With the luke warm response to the Nokia N800 the last time it was launched, Nokia recently launched the N810 that sports a QWERTY keyboard. The slide out key board can easily be kept to keep the handset compact. With the capability of a QWERTY keyboard, it is making text input much easier. The Keyboard also contributes significantly to the usefulness of the device. What is more interesting is the capability to use the phone via Skype when connected to Wi-fi. This will significantly reduce call usage costs. Nokia has also announced the N810 with Wimax, which would free users from the constraint of being bound to a Wi-fi network. If and when Wimax comes to Singapore, users would have a truly mobile surfing experience and 3G and probably Wi-fi networks, could well be headed in the direction of the Dinosaurs. Will you spend money to get a device that is custom made for surfing the web? Is the internet surfing so important for you to actually need to have connectivity on the move?

samsung i908 - This is a cellphone I want to buy.
It is nice to have a QWERTY keyboard. And Nokia is a good quality cellphone. The feature sounds well from this Nokia cellphone. However, I don't understand why Nokia doesn't release the Windows mobile system cellphones. It will be much more powerful. Since that, I am not going to buy this cellphone. As a Windows mobile system cellphones can have much more cool features. I love China

I guess this is what makes the Nokia tablet unique. There are already so many windows based cell out in the market already. Adding another one will is not going to make the N810 stand out from the rest. So, to make it special, Nokia decided to use their own platform. I find this really refreshing!

I have always like nokia phones and with such a phone coming out, of course i will be saving up for it.. lol =D I like the interface of the phone, especially the keypad.. It's simply cool and not really feasible though.. hehe ^_^ Imagine trying to respond to a message on a bus while standing?? It's gonna be hard as the phone is so long and big.. lol =D THough it has the capability and function to surf wherever we like, but the size of the phone is something they have to work on for more convenience..

I guess this particular phone is meant more for the heavy web user. So it wouldn't post much of a problem for them if they want to text other people on it.
