I have two favorite quotations and they're from authors Agatha Christie and Kurt Vonnegut.
The Agatha Christie quote goes like this:
"An archaeologist is the best husband a woman can have. The older she gets, the more interested he is in her."
This is a really witty quote that can only come from the mind of the brilliant Dame Agatha Christie. And she's not kidding, her husband is indeed an archaeologist!
While the Kurt Vonnegut quotation goes:
"I want to stay close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center."
Very profound, don't you think?
How about you, what is/are your favorite quotation(s)?
Why do you like them?

Oh I have tons of favourite quotes! My favourite would be Shakespeare's,
" To be or not to be, that is the question;
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing, end them."
It is so true with whatever happens in our life everyday.

i think my are, they are the ones i made up. live well and love better. live to love, and live to love.
i guess they mean you live your life well, but you also love better then your own life,
and you love living, but you also want to live to love others instead of being hatful.

I usually get my favorite quotes from songs. Cause I'm a music lover.
"Where do you run to escape from yourself?" - Dare you to Move by Switchfoot.
"I'm in a fight with the world but I'm winning." - Runaway - Avril
"To be lost before you are found, Don't mean your loosing." - Avril
There's tons more...but this would be my top three, cause I can totally relate with these quotes.
