Somebody explain me

So i've reached 100 posts I have a green star with 5 written on it So please could somebody explain me better why is green and it says on it? Thanks

You get the star after you make 100 posts. The number in your star is how others rate your responses and discussions 5 isn't that good.You should take more time and give good LONG responses. If you just answer say : Yes I love to do that. You will get a negative response. whereas you give a more detailed response like mine your more likely to get a plus, That's what the plus and minus signs are that are next to you on the right side. Also if you get a best response check you get a lot for that. This has nothing to do with pay! However your pay IS based on the content of your responses! Hope this helps YA? Godd Luck!!! tdemex! Thank you But what about the color? Is it randomly atribute it or it's in connection with that 5 ? Emoticons are at 200 posts

The color goes with the star number! Just remember not to race for the most you can do in one day! Take your time and be specific! You'll go far! tdemex

Hello tdemex, the Star rating influences the earnings significantly. Just have a look at the FAQ about the Discussion Rating System and you will see that it is included in the earnings algorithm. I know from some of my friends that it is difficult to earn the usual amount of 10 cents when you have a ONE or a TWO inside your star. You just get a fraction of it by posting 10 responses. And if you loose your star, your earnings will be ZERO cent for the days you haven't a star! Have a great time in myLot!
