Have you ever serarched for a recipe because you fell in love with a dish at a resturant and had to know how to make it yourself? If so any good recipies you wanna share?

I finally got the recipe for the Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce recipe from TGI Fridays. I didn't get it online though. They don't let that kinda stuff get leaked. Just remakes. So I bought it from the corporate office. It's THAT good! :)

I don't every really look for them, I just start adding things to see if I can get anything to taste similar, lol... Never know what you can come up with by adding different concoctions, in which some you may end up liking, some hating, but at least you know.
I like to experiment with different things. I wonder what this will taste like if I add that, or this... and just go with it. There's only been a few things that i've screwed up so bad that it wasn't ediable, so bad our dogs at the time wouldn't even eat it after sniffing it.... whoops, but at least I learned.
