What is NeoCrew good for?

Few days ago I have noticed a banner advertisement on the neobux. It was called NeoCrew, I was pretty excited, because I like neo really much and admin is really innovative full of new ideas. So I registered immediately. As far as I know the main goal of this site is increase of your direct referrals by rotating your referral banner with the rest of registered users' referrals banner on the NeoCrew site. But honestly I doubt there is a chance to gain new direct referrals this way, since almost all registered NeoCrew users (if not all of them) are already members of neobux and they probably found neocrew as me through banner on neobux site. The next feature should be video tutorials how to work with neobux, I think this could be helpful for neobux members, they can learn how to work with neobux better and earn more money. But in spite of that, I just can not see any big reason why this site exist. Could anybody clarify me the advantages of this site please?
