From what I know, physical exercise can only be done after two (2) hours after our eating time. Anyhow, it depends on the quantity and type of foods that we've had taken for that period of time. The best application is to burn calories reciprocate the calories intake. As still have fats in our body to maintain the metabolic rate that needed by our body.
