Do you cook with chorizo sausage?...what do you make with it?..

Tonight i am making filetted chicken with chorizo sausage ontop. with spanish rice and some doffrent veggies... I also like chorizo suasage in my spagettie..
But thoes are the only way i know how to make it.
So do you cook with chorizo?..
If so how do you make and what with:)...

You dont have a walmart around you?..a super center anyways?...
That is were i get mine.. Its so much cheaper then the spanish store.. and it is located over by were the hispanic cheese and stuff is. its only like 3.16 or somthing here. I live in nc.
Anyways,it is REALLY good with spagettie.. they have this new spinach spagettie sauce out..excellent!..
Hope you get some soon. It is satisfying.

Mmmm.. yummy. How about trying it on pizza or with eggs as suggested? It would be good too in a soup.

Yup, the eggs sound like a veary poular dish.. i will try that for sure... I just had some tonight so i wont have anymore for like 2 weeks. i dont want to eat to much of it or i will get sick of it.and its fairly cheap and veary good so.
Umm,not sure if i would like it on pizza. I trhink ill skip that one but soup..now that could be good!:)

I'm a gringo living in Mexico. Mexico has to be the chorizo capitol of the world! LOL! There probably 12 different kinds in the stores here, I luv to cook but my wife does all the cooking here,for the family. She makes chorizo and eggs a lot in the morning. She'll add onion,and chilies scramble it all together. Then we put it in tortillas and eat it like a taco! Or she does it the same way and serve it with tortillas and fried potatoes, just use your imagination with pancakes...etc. But it's normally a breakfast food. At least in our household! Hmm,well i just used my last pack and i dont remember what the name of it was... I am 100% DEFIANTLY making it into a taco and also casadea.. my mouth is watering just thinking of it..lmao..
Mabey i need to make my way to mexico..
I dont suually cook and go all out like i did tnight. but i was really hungry after not eating most the day.

I like my vegetables stir fry and of course with Chorizo to add more flavor in the dish.

I never heard of chorizo until I lived in Texas. My Mom used to make it with scrambled eggs and we'd roll it up in tortillas. It really is good but spicy. With my sensitive stomach these days, I can't eat it anymore.

I have only ever used Chorizo in 2 different things. Chorizo and scrambled eggs and in a dish called a Spicy Mexican Torte. Both are excellent. I never thought of using it in spaghetti sauce. I bet that would be good too. I have not bought any in a long time. I should get some next week when I go grocery shopping and see what I can come up with.
