How much does NinerNiner pay?

I just found out about that site, apparently it pays for blog entries or something? Sorta like today dot com i guess? I don't know. But I went to their FAQ and they dont even explain how people get paid there, all they tell you is pay out is $25, that's it. Anyone shed any light on this site?
