Would You Do This To Your Child?

Just what is this mother thinking at that moment of time when she could drive her 12 year old daughter to a deserted wooded area, knocked to her to the ground and strangles her to death? Guess what is this all for? Her daughter being too disobedient? Too defiant? Uncontrollable? No! Would you believe that this is all because her lover gave her the ultimatum, I quote - "The child or me?" How could she choose this jerk over her lovable daughter? I just cannot believe all those 12 years and yet there is literally no bonding between her daughter and her. What happened? As in the words of the judge (judge Justice Margaret Stewart) who presided the case said whilst looking directly at Boudreau (the defendant), "You can never call yourself mother." 'The words, "Mummy, don't," are there to haunt you for the rest of your life.' I am sure of this. This is just sad chapter for 2009. I live in the same province as this child and this has been very big news around here. It is so sad and something that sane people just can't grasp. She had been living with her father and loving grandmother up until a few months beforehand. Why not just send her back home if it was not working out? Well that is a locally sane person's question, but this sick woman could not think of it. I hope she suffers everyday she is in jail. She had said that living without her boyfriend was scary than living without her flesh and blood daughter. Sick sick sick. I have three children and I would never ever in a million year pick any person above my babies. Sick

vicki2876, I am just at a lost of words for her. There is an old ancient Chinese adage that goes: "Even an adult tiger does not feed on its own young!" She is really worst than a beast where even a beast has a basic conscience here. This is just very heart wrenching and sad.

No-one, and I mean NO-ONE is more important to me than my sons. They are both grown-up now but in any ultimatum I'd choose them without a second thought.
