How do you cope if you are in bad at different times???

I am finding it really frustrating at the moment, I am up with the kids in the morning a 6.30am which means by 10pm I am knackered and ready for bed, hubby doesnt get up until 8am and then thinks 10pm is early so doesnt tend to go to bed at the same time as me! Do you have this in your house? What do you do to try and make sure you get to bed at the same time? as our bedroom activity is dwindling fast

I'm sure you can squeeze out some time in your arduous 6.30 AM to 10 PM session with a bit of home work. That is, plan your tomorrow today itself. Thus the gained time can be utilized for a short cat nap. This nap will make you last beyond 10 PM. Hubby will be happy and your bedroom activity will be in full bloom. good luck.
