Are you 100% happy with your life?

Is there anyone here that can tell me they are 100% happy with there life? That you have no regrets? No dreams that never came true? No goals that you never managed to finished? Can anyone actually say that there is nothing more they want out of life, that they are completely content in every aspect of their life? If anyone told me, when I was younger how my life would have ended up today I would never have believed them.

I like my life, but I am not 100% satisfied. There are many things that I would do differently if I knew then what I know now. I wonder if there is anybody that is honestly totally content with their lives. I really love my husband, my stepsons, and the life we have. I wouldn't change it. But, there are things I wish I had... But, if it meant not having my husband and stepsons, I wouldn't want them.

I am happy with my life as it is. That is not to say that there are not things I would have liked to do but can't or things that I have not got the money to do. However, I am happy with what I have. If I could change things then I would want to make both my partner and myself better so that we were able to get more out of our life and I would like to have more money so I can do all the things I would like to do if I had the money. But both my partner and myself are disabled and we do not have much money so I cannot have those things. Still we make do with what we have and we are happy with each other.

I am 99.9% completely happy and content in my life. I have had a very, very interesting life and as I am now in my golden years there is only the .001% I wish had never happened but all in all I am happy.

Hey natromana, Crocket here. It does seem to me that youth is a nice age to live although we all want the perfect blend between youth and old and wise. I would have never dreamed of where I would be today although I am trying quite hard to live it the best I can A positive mental attitude is the essential ellement we need although so few of us seem to have this ability. Hey Crocket, well I agree with you completely. It's all about having a positive point of view towards life BUT there always seems to be someone around to crush it for me. And I've been fighting something for three years it kind of gets to you after that long. I'm wiped out. Te only thing that gives me strength is my daughter cause it's for her justice I'm fighting and for her I'll never give up but it's hard to feel positive.

I'm like about 80%, mmmm not happy. You see, everything I planned screw up. Nothing works. Got a couple of ideas of making money ( I mean like a job ), planned them quite well I think but got a big ZERO as result. I'm about to went broke and now I'm in stress, but at least I still alive. Now I got another 'bright' idea, if it's not working as well then I'm gonna get less than 20% happiness.

happy - let's all be happy
Hello there natromana!I really can't tell that I am 100% happy about life. Neither can I say that I have never had any regrets. There are still things that I want to do and so I can't say that I am an accomplished woman. I still have goals awaiting accomplishment or realization. I have had decisions in the past that were wrong and until now are haunting me. I am happy, I am contented, but I know much more is in store...

No one can be 100% with his/her life . Life is uncertain that's the reality , good and bad things always come to happen in every person life . But satisfaction and dissatisfaction are the vital parts of life . Its shows there still a life :-)

I have many regrets, but I see no need to dwell on them, particularly if there's nothing I can do about it now. For the most part I'd say I'm a relatively happy person, but not 100%. I have not given up on reaching some very particular goals.

Well i'm 17 years old so basically my life is just beginning, I can deffinetly say that I am not completley happy with my life as I have quite a bit of regrets of stupid things i've done in the past but I know those were mistakes and I always have in my mind "What doesn't Kill You Makes you More Strong" as in you learn from your mistakes. I'm also happy because I have actually learned from my mistakes and becoming smarter from them and the great thing about life is moving forward experiencing new things each day. Things that keep me going in life is music and knowing everything happens for a reason and knowing that if I actually try being the best person I can be I can make a great life for myself!!!! Great discusion by the way and I hope the very best for you! ! !

I am not 100 percent happy with my life because I still have a few dreams I want to achive and alot of problems to face. I can only say that I am 60 percent happy with my life. I also have a few regrets but I have learned from them and learned from my mystakes.

I know what you mean. That's how I feel. Well, actually probably a bit worse. The only thing I can be completely thankful for right now is to have my little girl, safe and happy. And my parents and siblings of course. I have plenty of regrets!! But like you said you learn from them. It makes you stronger and wiser, I hope ;)

I know that I am not 100% happy with my life. I have so much more that I want to accomplish and things that I want to change. Plus I would love to find an end to the chronic pain that I suffer from. I have found that those people that are completely happy with their lives either haven't set goals for themselves or they aren't being totally truthful with themselves. I get up in the morning with goals that I have set for myself for things that I want to get done each day. Even many of those goals aren't reached...so I can't in all honesty say that I am totally happy with myt life.

Life comment magnet - "School prepares you for the real world, which also sucks"
I do not think I would recognize myself if I saw a glimpse into the future when I was a child. I don't think that is a bad thing, necessarily, people just change ideals, goals and needs as they grow. I am satisfied with my life in most aspects, I have a great relationship with someone who knows me better then I know myself and would do anything for me, as I would do the same. We have a lot of adventures together, we interact with a lot of varied personalities, we are doing alright financially and so on. I cannot say I am 100% satisfied, and I am not too sure anyone could. I am not sure what kind of quality of life would be there if someone could say that. Almost sounds like a depressive state. I want to travel and there are a lot of things I have still not experienced, even more that I do not know but would like to learn. I think most people feel the same way. There is so much out there in the world to do, and I am not sure anyone could even do it all in a few lifetimes.

Although I have a great deal to be thankful for, I cannot say at this time that I am 100% happy with my life and I don't know whether anyone can be totally happy all the time; I don't think life works like that. Regrets, I have a few... But these are incidents that cannot be changed so I have no choice but move forward with the knowledge that I have learned some lessons the hard way and hopefully mistakes will not be repeated. I wouldn't have believed I would be here either, but here I am and I am somehow going to find the energy to open the can of worms and unravel all of the complicated issues that make my present life less than fulfilling. It's going to take a lot of work and it will be hard but that's no reason not to at least try.

I think no one can tell others that he is 100% happy with his life until now, and in most situations we all quite discontented with our life. In my opinion, there are some reasons: firstly, desire has no rest; secondly, people tend to compare what they don't have to what others have, which leads to much unhappiness; last but not the least, it is what has been left in Pandora's box, HOPE, that makes all of us believe the life will be happier in the future and try our best to live a better life.
