How to make Filet Minnon?

I have a charcol grill an oven and a stove. I dont know which is best. What do they use in the resturants? Also, what do i put on it? As a seasoning.

I think that the stove would be best for filets. If not than definitely a grill. Send me some when it will be ready ;).
