WELL MY SELF I JUST CARE FOR MY SELF TOO BUT I DO CARE FOR MY PARENTS AND MY COUNTRY TOO.

If you don't have some feeling of self worth it will be hard for you to love others around you in a healthy way. It's possible to like yourself with out going overboard and being narcisistic.
