It is not a easy thing to going well with people. Especially with your boss at work. If your boss yells at you, give your too much work but too less salary. How will you do? What do you do if you are fed up with your boss? Just bear it or do someting?

The only real answer to this is not an easy one. If you can't stand where you work for what ever reason it will effect your work and you will do poorly. As a result if it goes on long enough you may get fired because that boss that is yelling at you has had enough of you. So the only thing to do is to begin to look for another job. Not easy today but it can be done. What you never ever want to do however is quite this job first. Another employer will look at the fact you are currently working positively. Do your best to put up with this now but begin to do a job search. It will make you feel better and you may very well find just what you want. If your happy in your work and you like your boss you will do so much better. It's not easy to make a change sometimes but it will be very well worth it if you do. Please understand that when a boss yells at you and gives you too much work they have their own fair share of problems to deal with. This is how they handle it. Not fair to you but try looking at it this way. The more work they give you the more they must trust that you will get it done. When he starts taking work away and gives it to someone else is when you need to worry. Start doing that job search right away. It will make you feel better because you are doing something about the problem.

My boss is actually one of the best boss's I've ever come across. She treats all of us very fairly. But, with my other boss's I know what you mean by them treating different employees differently from what they treat me. Some boss's have favorites and will give them the benefit of the doubt before they even look at you. But my suggestion to you is, if you really like the job you do and you enjoy going to it everyday. I would definatly try to bear it. It's really hard to find jobs out there nowadays that people actually enjoy and like going to. Now, if it's a job that you don't really like and you know you can do better, go out find that new job, and then put your two weeks in. Then leave your boss with a smile. Kindness kills people worse than being mean to them, I've learned that. =] So good luck and happy mylotting and remember to SMILE!
