Stop Guantanamo, What you think?

In new press realease, i heard Mr. Barrack Obama planning to stop the Guantanamo prison and will be done not late in a year. And he say that all CIA prison all over the world must eliminating cruel torturer to the prisoner. As we know that Guantanamo make the US come with bad reputation not only in the world but also in their own people too.The US always in front of all Human Right things but fail to do for their good respon of their problems at their prisoner.In Guantanamo you can find all most horrible,phsycology and humiliation methode and till bow all the prisoner has not procesing by the law wether why their wrong or being capture. So if they want to stop it i think that is the best thing they done in first action.So what about your opinion, because this problems maybe not only happen to them but we are just luckier i guess.
