Do you feel have a sense of guilt while lying

To be honest, I guess we all have told lies to people. No matter really lies or white lies. How do you feel after that? Do you feel have a sense of guilt or you can just forgot it soon?

I always feel guilty whenever I lie to other people or my family. I carry it inside my heart and mind. I am always bothered whenever I lie. So why lie, if I can tell the truth immediately to avoid thinking too much of what is going to happen. Face it!!

Lying is no good in any type of relationship. I suck at lying, I just don't feel right doing it. I was no good at being a door to door salesman, I like to be honest even when it sucks, or I know I'll get in trouble.

TI think only those person that are used to telling lies tend to forget what they did. It becomes a part of them.
You can't actually forget what you have said, especially if you lied to a person who's really close to you. I would feel guilty.
