Oy vey do private profiles get on my nerves! MySpace has this shiny new feature where it combs through your friends' friends to find people you might know who you aren't friends with yet. And mostly I do know the people it spits back at me but occasionally I'll come across someone I'm not sure about so I go to their profile to try to get a little more info and lo and behold they have it set to private so I don't get to get anymore info. And it makes me nuts! Or I get a friend request from someone who may or may not be a friend of mine but I'm not really sure so I go to their profile....same results. I understand that there are very good reasons for doing it but it still drives me batty.
