I love having burgers at the nearest McDonald's burger outlet but when i am with my family, they refuse any junk food and i always argue and tell them it s not healthy but its not junk either..So do you think it shoul be counted as junk food??or should it be removed from the list??

depends on if you cook them at home or order them from a fast food joint..
fast food joint = yes
@ home = no

Burgers have always been on my list of junk foods - mostly because I love them so much. I've noticed that every food I truly love winds up being junk . . . and that really bums me out!

Burgers in general aren't junk food - if you fix them right. Burgers from McDonalds or other fast food places are junk food. Go get a quality burger from a sit down restaurant.

Burgers are very much junk food. All the grease and fat in them is very unhealthy. Any health professional will tell you to stay away from that sort of food especially McDonalds. Have you ever seen a film called Super Size Me? A guy eat nothing but McDonalds 3 times a day for a month but after 2 weeks the doctors were begging him to stop. He carried on and nearly ended up in hospital. They might put salad in burgers but it doesn't make them healthy. I can't even remember the last time I had a burger out of McDonalds, Burger King, etc.
