Don't Smoke!

Why??? Smoking accelerates aging of skin and increases wrinkles. Skin changes from smoking can appear in young adults after 10 years of smoking. Smoking is unhealthy for everyone especially for someone with asthma. If a person smokes, their lungs may not work as well as they should. Smoking which can cause lung cancer and has been linked to heart disease, other cancers, and respiratory diseases. smoking cause the airways to become swollen, narrow and filled with sticky mucus the same problems that cause breathing trouble in people with asthma. if a person with asthma smokes they're more likely to have more frequent and severe flare ups. And being around with people who smoke and breathing in secondhand smoke can cause problems too. Parents can help kids and teens with asthma by protecting them from the effects of tobacco smoke.In addition to this, the repetitive facial expressions you make when smoking such as pursuing your lips when inhaling and squinting your eyes to keep out smoke may contribute to wrinkles. It's also possible that repeated exposure to the heat from burning cigarettes may damage your facial skin over time.if you want to quit smoking talk to your doctor about possible strategies from support group to medication. If you do continue smoking please don't smoke in the house or inside your car.
