Just discovered this traffic exchange!
It is in pre-launch. Owned by the same owner as creative PTC (has a Beenpaid.com seal of approval) the first 250 people get a free years upgrade! + 1000 free surfing credits for promoting your own site!
The owner is currently getting ptp approval at several sites.
If anyone would like to become my downline... I can offer you extra surfing credits for being active! Uplines can transfer credits to their downlines, which is a very useful tool!
