IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc. Which is the best?

I have always used IE, up till a few months ago when I started using Fire Fox. I now dislike IE cause it is so slow, but I will give IE 8 a try soon. For now, though, Fire Fox is my favorite. I am considering trying Google Chrome. I know there are other browsers too, like Safari. So, I would like to know which one you think is best and why. Thanks!

I have started using Chrome recently and it appears to be much faster than Internet Explorer and Firefox.
All of these browsers are free but offer great features overall. Internet Explorer is very old one and i like its features. Chrome is also very good. I dont like Firefox because it always is very slow to load any website

i wish firefox is best it supports java script the best and we can play online vedios with nice quality.
More over IE often hangs if we try to open any flash oriented website but i have no problem with firefox now.
