good eating habit

A lot of times althought we know that eating certain things is a health hazard we still crave to the food that will destroy us. But I believe we should practice good eating habit and if we discipline our self it will be a part of us. At times I do crave for the things that is not good, and sometime i let my crave overcome. But lately because I know what certain food will do to me, I am determine in my mind to control my craving and seek for a better health, and in doing that I decide to eat wisely.

Eating habits also has something to do with the inverval between meals. the interval is approximately 6 hours. If you eat your breakfast at 7 o'clock your next meal (lunch) will be at 1 o'clock.

I think that so long as we can control our cravings, then it's not as bad as if we only eat bad food. I think that so long as we live a fairly healthy lifestyle, we can allow ourselves a few moments of indulgence.
