Great home remedies to help a cold

These work great and always help my cold get better a little faster. 1. Teaspoon of Honey with Lemon juice to break up mucus 2. Fried Garlic,Onions and Olive oil eat a few teaspoons will help clear out sinuses 3. Ginger tea cut up a small piece of fresh Ginger and boil in a pot of water for ten minutes pour into a cup and sip. Helps relax you and adds in clearing out your sinuses and soothing to a sore throat. If you can think of some more to add please do. Have you ever tried any of the above remedies and do you think they may help?
