Hi mylotters. When you are in a grocery or supermarket, is it your practice to check the labels of each item that you are buying especially foods? Nowadays we need to be very careful when it comes in choosing the food that we will be eating. So it is always best that we are checking the label and at the same time we can compare the products to another products. In this way we can know that content of that product and what we can get upon eating such foods. How about you? Do you usually check the labels of the items that you are buying?Happy posting!

As some commercials put it, "it pays to check the label". I really do. I also do comparison - content and price - from one brand to another. This way, I am sure I am buying the right products I need with the most affordable price.

Ya, nowadays there are may duplicate goods are available in the market. It is very much necessary to check the labels in the goods we are buying in the market. It may be either a good super market or a standard one or the product itself may be a standard one, there are lot of duplicates which are like standard company goods are available in many markets. We the consumer should be aware of those duplicates.

Hi, i always read lables to find more details on the product i.e ingredients, expiry date, etc. lables also give information on the quantity in the bottle for example so it is very useful to read labels
