Homemade Ice Cream

It's an ice cream Christmas pudding. It is pretty easy to make. Here is the recipe; Banana layer 300ml sweet cream, 2/3 cup of caster sugar, 1/2 cup of orange juice (squeezed), 1/4 cup of lemon juice (squeezed), 2 or 3 bananas mashed with a fork. Beat the cream until it is thick but still soft. Mix the mashed banana, sugar, orange juice and lemon juice together, then add the cream and mix together. Put it in a large bowl and freeze it. Strawberry layer Do the same thing again, only this time add a punnet of mashed strawberries instead of the banana. Put this on top of the frozen banana ice cream and freeze again. Enjoy!

Hi dear i like home made icecream and eat it often too, but its not made at my home. Infact we have shop who sell home made icecream and i am customer of same So i cant share receipe and method, and trust me i am really bad at coking as i dont know how to cook LOL BHye
