Desktop computers are becoming rather inconvenient it seems. I hardly even see stores advertise for desktops any more. I got a Lenovo ThinkPad, I love it. It was worth every penny and if it EVER breaks down I will not hesitate to get a new one. This one has lasted me almost 4 years and still purrs like a kitty :) What laptop do you got? Do you love it? If not, what would you rather get? ._.

We have an Acer laptop. It has just passed it's 3 years warranty & still going on strong. It's a 15.4" so it's a bulky for travelling. My wife & I did talked about getting a smaller one. I guess in the meantime we'll sit & wait? Haha

Yeah true. Technology gets better everyday, not to mention cheaper also. Normally I'll buy the best then expect it to last us for at least 5 years. The one we're having is still good as it has an additional 256MB VGA on top of the built in VGA so it supports dual view without lagging which is an option I like.

wow. that is truly a baby, boy =) hmmm..i think what i've tried are usually kind of low-end laptops..from neo..to asus..to -surprise- blue (i'm not sure if you've heard of this already). Although in general i think asus is quite good. i'm actually missing my mini laptop already. okay, so let me tell you a story: before i was just looking for an inexpensive laptop where i could do basic stuff such as type, surf the web, collect music files (and of course, listen to them Ü) and watch movies and i had a short budget then so i took on the suggestion that Neo's fine for my needs. but then i had the struggle of bringing it along always because i find it heavy especially when i have other stuff carried, too. so i sold it, bought an asus eeepc (aw, i really miss it :( haha), had fun in a while, but i was dissatisfied with the screen size of only 7". and so with the memory because it's only 2G. the 32G is not yet available here then and when it did, the price is also.. wow. so i sold it again, (good thing i always have prospective buyers right away) then bought this Blue Helium T31 mini laptop. Its 10" monitor is good and it came with a free external drive so i think i really had a great buy there. =)

I have used Dell , Toshiba and Sony laptop in the past. I liked Sony the most but it is expensive than Dell and Toshiba. Toshiba is a very good laptop , too which comes with good design and is stable and reliable laptop brand. Dell is not too bad and is less expensive.

I currently have a HP Pavilion Entertainment PC laptop. It was really modern when I got it... in 2006. It works great for normal surfing, watching videos and playing games released before 2007 (my graphic card isn't that good). My laptop is getting old, however, so as soon as I'm able I'll buy a new computer. I'm thinking of getting a normal desktop as they are more easy to upgrade, but I'll keep this one as a work computer. It's perfect for photoshop, word and similar programs.
