deleting a discussion

After we start a disussion on mylot is there a way to delete one after we are done with the discussion. Sometimes I use mylot as a way to talk about things that are bothering me. Im just wondering if they allow us to do that or if after you type it thats it. This is a great website for when I need to talk to someone outside of those that I always see. I find it very helpful to get out how im feeling its like typing therapy haha.
